Materials & Warranty

At Wraptor Graphix, the finished product starts with the materials behind it. We use professional-grade wrap films and graphic materials selected for dependable adhesion, conformability, appearance, and durability. Material selection may vary based on the vehicle, surface, application, design, and intended use.

Materials
Every project is evaluated to determine the appropriate material for the application. Proper surface preparation, professional installation, and routine care all play an important role in the appearance and service life of your graphics.
Material performance can vary depending on exposure, vehicle condition, climate, horizontal versus vertical surfaces, maintenance, and other environmental factors. Manufacturer material warranties, when available, are provided by the vinyl manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's individual terms and approval.

Our Workmanship Warranty
Wraptor Graphix provides a 12-month limited workmanship warranty beginning on the vehicle delivery date. Coverage applies to the original customer and the original installation performed by Wraptor Graphix.
The workmanship warranty covers installation-related issues such as lifting, peeling, edge failure, excessive bubbling, or tunneling when those conditions are determined to have resulted from the original installation. After inspection, Wraptor Graphix may repair, correct, or replace the affected wrapped area as appropriate.

What's Not Covered
The workmanship warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, impacts, scratches, road debris, rock chips, improper cleaning, pressure washing, automatic brush car washes, harsh chemicals, environmental contamination, extreme exposure, or damage caused by another company or by alterations to the original installation.
The condition of the surface underneath the vinyl is also important. Wraptor Graphix cannot guarantee the condition or adhesion of existing paint, clear coat, primer, body filler, previous repairs, or other underlying materials. Repainted, repaired, oxidized, damaged, or otherwise compromised surfaces may have an increased risk of failure or paint separation.

Need Warranty Assistance?
If you notice lifting, peeling, bubbling, or another concern, contact Wraptor Graphix promptly and avoid removing or altering the affected vinyl before we have an opportunity to inspect it. We may request photographs, vehicle information, installation details, mileage, and an in-person inspection before determining warranty eligibility and the appropriate remedy.
Wraptor Graphix workmanship coverage and vinyl manufacturer material warranties are separate warranties. Specific coverage depends on the cause of the issue, the material used, surface condition, care, exposure, and applicable manufacturer terms.
